Nigerian celebrity Yinka Theisen and her ex-partner, actor Linc Edochie drama has taken another turn over a leaked video of Yinka apologising to Linc.
The video, which surfaced online on September 18, showing Yinka profusely apologising to Linc, begging him to forgive her and reconsider their relationship. In the emotional plea, Yinka expresses her longing for Linc, missing his voice and intimacy.
However, Yinka has now accused Linc of leaking the video to embarrass her, claiming that he only pursued their relationship to gain access to the United States. Yinka alleges that Linc has a pattern of behavior, stating that he has attempted to use other women for his own gain.
”I sent a video begging you, now you released to the world to punish me more. Pray tell, have I not been good to you? Why can’t yo u let me walk away with my dignity food stop I told you about my pain from my previous relationship with a Nigerian man. You promise to protect me. What you are doing is worse than any man has ever done to me. What is my offence Linc Edochie? Do I deserve this?”
The video was reportedly recorded in June, during a tumultuous period in their relationship, after Yinka released May Edochie’s phone number online, prompting Linc to end their relationship.

The controversy is birthed from a messy breakup between Yinka and Linc, with both parties trading accusations. Yinka claims she apologised in the video for sharing details about Linc’s personal life, including his divorce documents and passport, which were leaked online. Linc, on the other hand, had publicly distanced himself from Yinka’s actions, stating that he didn’t endorse her attacks on his family members, particularly May Edochie.
In response to the leaked video, Yinka has promised to share more details about their relationship, including evidence to support her claims against Linc. She expressed her frustration and sadness over being embarrassed by someone she loved, vowing to respond in kind.
