Ultimate Love Season 1 star and medical doctor, Cherry Osigwe, has announced the heartbreaking death of her only child, months after she walked away from her marriage.
The Imo State native shared the devastating news via her Instagram page on Saturday, March 14, expressing deep grief over the loss.
In an emotional post, she wrote that no mother should ever have to bury her child, recounting the pain of pregnancy, childbirth, and the sacrifices of motherhood.

She questioned herself in her moment of anguish, asking if she had done enough as a mother, and prayed for strength to bear the loss.
Osigwe described her son as the love of her life, saying her heart is shattered and life feels empty without him. She prayed for his peaceful rest and expressed her enduring love for him.
“No Mother should ever have to bury her Child 🤦♀️ Not after 9 months of pregnancy of losing herself, after the p@!nful child delivery, sl££pless nights, p0stp@rtum stress, anxiety, amn£sia and d£pr£ssi!0s?! Not after loving them more than life itself 💔 God this is too painful to bear.
But you gave him to me and you have called him back… Why?! Was I not a good Mother?! Didn’t I love him enough?! Where did I go wrong Lord?! Please forgive me and let me know so that when you return him back to me, I wouldn’t lose him again 🙏 Rest In Perfect Peace my beloved son🕊️
My heart is broken into pieces, there’s nothing joyful in this life without you in it, please do return back to Mummy 🙏 I love you forever son❤️” she wrote.
