The recent confession by popular Nigerian streamer Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, regarding his ex-lover Jarvis has sparked controversy on social media following their breakup drama.
Earlier reports by eelive.ng revealed that Peller alleged Jarvis had confided in him about receiving substantial TikTok gifts from certain individuals who later demanded a share of the returns.
He also expressed that, prior to their official relationship, he believed Jarvis was financially successful based on her online persona. However, when she visited Lagos, he discovered that she did not possess the wealth she had portrayed on TikTok.
“When Jarvis came to Lagos, I thought she was wealthier than me, not realising that people were gifting her on TikTok to launder money. They then split the earnings 50/50 afterward. I can never engage in money laundering,” Peller stated.

His claims have sparked mixed reactions on social media, with many accusing the 20-year-old streamer of exposing his former partner’s alleged money laundering scheme. Others have called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to investigate the matter.
One user wrote: “It’s a shame, if only he understood the consequences of what he’s saying.”
“Is he aware that this can land her in trouble? Anyways, Fekomi has solutions for your ulcers, infection, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, bad cholesterol and other health issues,” another user added.
“This guy is just too loud! – you can’t tell someone like this your secret o’’ one user stated.
One user remarked: “Jarvis EFCC will come and interview u.”
One user posted: “Ah, no nau that’s Laundering that every Country frown at. Peller has the right to be upset and speak but he needs to manage his communication skills. Some things should never get to this point.”
