You Nigerian music star, Tiwa Savage has opened up about a past relationship with a fellow celebrity, describing it as “disrespectful” and emotionally draining.
According to Tiwa, her partner insisted their relationship remains private, citing the need to “work the room” at events to avoid suspicion.

“He told me he didn’t want us to go public. He said, ‘When we’re out, I might be talking to other people, but I’m only doing it so people don’t suspect.’ And I was like, okay, but how far are you going with this?” Tiwa recounted.

The singer admitted that watching her partner openly mingle with others, including touching other ladies, left her feeling disrespected and silenced. “He had it good. We might be at the same event, and he’s probably talking, laughing, even touching other ladies while still looking at me like, ‘Don’t worry, I’m just doing it.’ And I couldn’t say anything. It was happening right in front of me.”
