Former American model and television personality Brandi Glanville has come out to speak about how her recent breast implants have caused a major facial disfiguration.
The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 53, revealed to the American news platform, TMZ, on Tuesday, February 17, that the parasite in her face was caused by ruptured breast implants that she received 20 years ago. When the implants ruptured, silicone leaked into her lymph nodes and clogged them, which eventually led to the infection in her face.

According to Brandi, medical guidance typically recommends that breast implants be replaced every 10 years. However, she kept hers for 20 years, saying her mindset at the time was, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
She said she spent years trying to determine the cause of the mysterious facial condition, consulting numerous doctors without clear answers. It was only after undergoing a sonogram, she claims, that the underlying issue was identified.

Brandi has since spoken about the experience as a cautionary tale, advising anyone considering cosmetic surgery to stay informed about long-term maintenance and potential complications.
