
2019 Big Brother Naija winner and 2023 runner-up of the same television show, Mercy Eke, has explained why she is still relevant several years after her initial emergence.
Unlike some of her colleagues who left the spotlight at the end of the buzz, Mercy Eke, who first came to the limelight after winning the Big Brother Naija Reality Show Season 4 in 2019, explained that she has remained relevant due to hard work.

Eke further explained that she isn’t only hardworking but also has clarity on her goals.
Speaking in a recent interview with Odira Ndubuaku, the reality star said, “I am still relevant because I put in the work, I have never turned down any money.”

She added, “Also, I mind my business a lot. I work hard. I wake up with purpose. Some people wake up, they don’t have things to do. But I always have a clear picture of what to do every day.”

Mercy Eke’s revelation is coming days after Phyna, the winner of the 2022 Big Brother Naija edition, was seen dancing sensually for her audience on the emerging streaming platform, Twitch.
