Nigerian music video producer and filmmaker Femi Dapson, popularly known as Uncle Dapson, has upgraded doings for Valentine as he turned the day into a spectacle of grand romance by renting massive billboards to profess his love for fiancée Simisanya.
In an Instagram post shared around 12:54 PM, Femi captioned: “Happy Valentine’s Day from me to my sweet baby @simisanya. A private message wasn’t enough I needed to shout it so everyone can see so here we go. My message to you is on display the entire day on both sides of the billboards at Lekki phase 1 and Lekki phase 2.”

The eye-catching displays, positioned at high-traffic toll gates in Lekki Phase 1 and Phase 2, Lagos, ensured thousands of commuters and residents saw the public declaration throughout February 14. Femi emphasised going big beyond a simple private message, making their love visible to the city.
The couple’s journey has been a social media favorite. From Femi’s surprise proposal in mid-2025 which featured celebrity guests and a Jonny Drille serenade, followed by a stylish Yoruba introduction ceremony in November 2025. They recently unveiled their wedding date in a viral video, earning the couple hashtag “#TheDapsons” from fans.
