Popular human rights activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has reignited the controversy surrounding the scholarship scheme that took place earlier this year, specifically calling out Nedu Wazobia.
VDM previously disclosed that he conducted further investigations into the matter. According to Nedu’s wife, some funds were paid to an event planner whose name was not revealed.
VDM discovered that the account associated with these payments was actually linked to Nedu’s wife in the UK, with whom he jointly owns a business account.

Speaking further, VDM concluded that Nedu allegedly planned the scheme through his wife.
Earlier this year, on February, 2025. A talent management agency, the Tokindrumz Management, says Chinedu Ani, popularly known as Nedu Wazobia, did not defraud anyone with a fake scholarship scheme as alleged by a social crusader, VeryDarkMan, VDM.
