Rising Nigerian artiste TML Vibez, whose real name is Timileyin Sulaimon, has candidly opened up about how the country’s escalating insecurity is taking a severe toll on his creative process.
In a deeply emotional post shared his official X handle , the artiste confessed that the constant influx of tragic news has made it increasingly difficult to find the inspiration needed to write music.
For many creatives, art is a reflection of society, but the artiste revealed that the sheer volume of heartbreak has become overwhelming.
“As an artiste, it is becoming harder to find the right words/ lyrics. Everyday, we wake up to another heartbreaking story
“Another family grieving. Another community living in fear. We should never get comfortable with the loss of human lives. Praying for every family affected by insecurity. We need peace. We need action!” he wrote.

The artiste call for definitive action, rather than just thoughts and prayers, reflects a growing frustration among the youth.
