Nollywood actress, Peggy Ovire has shared her own account of the altercation with colleague Taye Arimoro.
According to her, the incident occurred during a film shoot when crew members asked Taye to complete a few more scenes. Peggy claims Taye became aggressive and physically assaulted two crew members, including the Production Manager.
She stated that the situation escalated, and her driver was allegedly hit and left bleeding.

She wrote, “Taye, you beat up two crew members simply because you felt they had no voice no social media presence, no one to speak for them. They were only begging you to please complete two short scenes so we could wrap the night. Moments later, you went live to record their reaction, leaving out the part where the violence began.”
Taye Arimoro had a different account of the incident. He claimed that he was prevented from leaving the set after his contract time ended and was allegedly assaulted, resulting in visible injuries. He shared a live video showing his injuries and accused Peggy Ovire of instructing her driver to block his car.
Both parties have presented different accounts of the incident, and the details are still emerging.
