Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has called on women to embrace modesty in their dressing, stating that true beauty should not be defined by nudity or revealing outfits.
Speaking during a recent engagement focused on moral values and social responsibility, the First Lady emphasised the importance of self-respect and dignity in the way women present themselves in public.

“Women being naked is not beauty. We must learn to cover up,” she said.
Oluremi, who is also a former senator and a long-time advocate for women’s development and family values, noted that young girls in particular should be guided towards understanding their worth beyond social media trends and modern pressures.
