Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has come under fire from netizens following his unsolicited comment on a post about internet personality Sophia Momodu.
Momodu recently shared a Snapchat message: “I miss my boyfriend, nothing makes sense when he ain’t there.” The post, which many interpreted as a sign of happiness in her current relationship, was quickly reposted on Instagram, sparking widespread discussion.
Amid ongoing public interest in her co-parenting saga with her ex Nigerian Afrobeats star Davido, Maduagwu replied bluntly: “Sophia, Davido is married, his not coming.”
This remark, seemingly suggesting that Momodu might still be hung up on her former partner, triggered an immediate backlash in the comments section.
One fan fired back: “@ucheMaduagwu so because he is married she shouldn’t miss her boyfriend?”
Another didn’t hold back: “@ucheMaduagwu are you deranged?”
A third questioned his constant involvement: “Did she mention anyone? Why are you like that? If she is your sister, are you gonna do that to her everyday?”
