Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold has taken to social media to mock his colleague, Joeboy, after the latter lost a substantial bet on a Champions League match between Real Madrid and Arsenal.
The bet, which Joeboy proudly shared on his social media platform, was a N3 million wager on Real Madrid to emerge victorious in the first leg of their quarterfinal tie against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
He wrote: “Cashing out on Arsenal tears tonight!”

The stakes were high, with Joeboy set to win a whopping N10.3 million if Madrid had won the game.
He also taunted colleagues Odumodu Blvck and Wizard Chan, who are Arsenal.
“Once this ticket enter, I’ll send 2m each to @_WizardChan_ and @Odumodublvck_ to clean their tears.”
However, fate had other plans, and Arsenal dominated the match, securing a convincing 3-0 victory over the Spanish giants. As a result, Joeboy’s bet was lost, and Adekunle Gold couldn’t resist taking a jab at his colleague.
Adekunle Gold reposted Joeboy’s tweet, which showcased the bet slip, and added a humorous comment, “Lmao. You don go blow stream money. Next time face your club.”
