Blessing Ezeokafor, elder sister of socialite Eberechukwu Ezeokafor, popularly known as Jowizaza, has accused her brother of contributing to their father’s reported abduction.

Blessing, daughter of Jezco Group founder Chief Joseph Ezeokafor, made the allegations in social media posts while appealing for his safe release.

According to her, Jowizaza’s lavish lifestyle and display of wealth online created the impression that the family had access to huge financial resources, allegedly attracting unwanted attention.

She also alleged that Jowizaza’s management of the family business contributed to its financial difficulties, claiming he was removed as a director and later placed on a salary of ₦1 million.

Blessing further alleged that the family owed billions of naira to banks, insisting that the wealth portrayed online did not reflect their position.

In an emotional appeal, she urged the kidnappers to release her father, stressing that he needs his medication and that the family is struggling to meet the ransom demand.

The allegations have sparked reactions online, with many expressing concern for Chief Joseph’s safety.

Jowizaza has not responded to the allegations as of press time.
