14th Headies Awards: Bovi, Nancy Isime Announced as Hosts

Popular comedian, Bovi and actress, Nancy Isime, have been announced as the official hosts of the 14th edition of Headies Awards.

While Bovi will be hosting the forthcoming awards show for the fourth consecutive time, Isime will be the first female to host the event for the second time.

Making the announcement, Headies Awards’ organisers wrote: “Comedian, Bovi and Nancy Isime to Host The 14th Headies Award

“Ace comedian and actor, Bovi Ugboma simply known as Bovi, and actress Nancy Isime will be your host at the 14th Headies Awards holding in January 2021.

“Bovi who is known for his impeccable, spontaneous, witty, and audience engaging comedy will be hosting the Award for a record-breaking fourth time while Nancy will be the first female to be hosting the event for the second time concurrently.”

The award show which is aimed at rewarding excellence in the Nigerian music and creative industry for its 14th edition reviewed songs from July 2019 to September 2020.

This year, Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Mayorkun, and Tiwa Savage are contending for one of the most coveted awards, Artist of the Year.
