Nigerian actress Annie Macaulay, the former wife of renowned Afrobeats icon Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba, has recounted the ‘painful blessing’ she encountered in 2025.
The mother of two made this statement via her Instagram account during the early hours of today, Thursday, January 8.
She noted how 2025 threw her a lot, which she considers a painful blessing.

She stated that despite it all, she is still standing.

In a cryptic post, the popular actress had unburdened her heart, expressing hope that her daughter doesn’t accept things she accepted and that she knows her worth from the start and knows that no matter what, she always has her in her corner.
She had shared a post about moving on, stating that she just archives and moves on.
The former Mrs Idibia had revealed what she was looking for in her next relationship. The mother of two said she wanted a relationship where they both become hotter, healthier, happier, and wealthier together. She emphasized that she wants the little things.
