6 Years After, Denrele Edun Still Mourns Late Goldie

Although it has been six years since the death of popular Nigerian musician, Oluwabimpe Susan “Goldie” Harvey, her demise is very fresh in the minds of her friends and family.

It is hard to forget her especially since she passed on Valentine’s Day.

Her death which came as a rude shock to her friends and fan across the country was especially felt by her bossom friend and presenter, Denrele Edun.

Denrele took time out of the festivities yesterday to visit Goldie’s grave in tribute to the singer’s life.

He shared a heartfelt tribute to the late Goldie who used to be his closest female friend while she was alive.

He started off by asking series of rhetorical questions in which he wondered what she had felt before her passing on to the afterlife then he went on to reminisce about the life she had lived, describing her as a good soul who was full of love and determination and never failed to take the opportunity to encourage him to be a better person.

He rounded up his post by biding his late friend goodbye once again and prayed for her soul to continue resting in peace.

Denrele was spotted by the graveside of the late Harvey in the picture he shared on his Instagram.
