Nollywood actress and activist Georgina Onuoha, popularly known as Real Gina, has launched a scathing attack on Senator Ned Nwoko following his dismissal of his estranged wife Regina Daniels’ recent negative drug test results conducted in the United Kingdom.
In a lengthy Instagram post shared today, Onuoha accused the Delta North Senator of obsession and a desire for control, saying;
“As predicted, you took the bait. You simply cannot stand seeing this young woman move on with her life. You want the last word, the final control, the closing chapter and it is eating you alive that you no longer have it.”

Senator Nwoko through his communication team, had dismissed the drug test result saying temporary abstinence does not erase the challenges that brought her drug use to public.
Onuoha praised Regina Daniels for confronting the allegations head-on, noting that the actress voluntarily underwent independent testing in England—a jurisdiction renowned for its strict medical and legal standards. “She did not hide. She did not run,” Onuoha wrote. “That alone shattered your entire narrative.”
She further argued that scientific evidence supports the clean results clarifying; “Science does not support your argument. Drugs remain in the bloodstream for days and in hair follicles for months. If her tests came back clean, then the truth is plain and your public meltdown explains everything.”
The ongoing marital crisis between Senator Ned Nwoko and Regina Daniels, which came to public pin October 2025, has involved mutual allegations of drug abuse, and substance issues. Regina Daniels has admitted to limited past use of ecstasy (Molly) but denied harder drug addiction, insisting the UK test was necessary to clear her name, protect her reputation, and ensure her children can take pride in her.
