Nollywood actress Kemi Afolabi has issued a stern warning to her followers who are in relationships following the release of a convicted murderer, Maryann Sanda.
Earlier, the Nigerian president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, granted her pardon in October 2025. Sanda, who was arrested in 2017 after she was accused of stabbing her husband, Bilyaminu Mohammed Bello, to death at their home in Abuja.
Reacting to the recent development, Kemi Afolabi took to her Instagram story, advising those in relationships to protect their lives and not allow anyone to take them.
Further, she stressed that they should guard it with all their being, whether it is marriage, friendship, courtship, or any form of relationship.
