Nigerian actress and entrepreneur Mercy Aigbe has shared a deeply emotional tribute to her son, Olajuwonmi (Juwon) Gentry, as he celebrates his 16th birthday.
The proud mother posted a heartfelt message on Instagram, reflecting on the beautiful journey of watching her baby boy grow into a remarkable young man.

“My Juwon is 16 today, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude, joy, and love,” Aigbe wrote. She continued, “Sixteen years ago, God blessed me with one of the greatest gifts of my life you, Olajuwonmi. Watching you grow into the intelligent, kind, and amazing young man you are today has been one of my greatest joys.”
The actress described how it feels like yesterday she held him in her arms, whispering prayers over his life. “Today, those prayers continue as I thank God for His faithfulness, protection, and grace upon you,” she added. Expressing immense pride, she declared her excitement for the man he is becoming and offered prayers for God to guide his steps, protect his heart, and lead him into his divine purpose.
