Nollywood actress and activist Tonto Dikeh has issued a stern public warning to a woman allegedly impersonating her on TikTok, using her name, images, and content to pose as her and scam fans by collecting money.
In a widely circulated video, the actress who is a full believer of Christ stated: “To the girl who is impersonating me on TikTok, collecting money from people, scamming people and also scamming me because you are taking my contents and posting on your TikTok page not as a Fanpage, but posing to be me.”
She further noted that authorities, including the police, are already tracking the impersonator, describing her as a female, and added that “Only Jesus will save you” when caught.
Dikeh made it clear she won’t be influenced by sympathy pleas or social media pressure, vowing full legal pursuit under cybercrime laws in Nigeria, which cover identity theft, fraud, and impersonation.
The mother of two also noted that her verified TikTok is @realkingtonto, and her main X handle is @TONTOLET and urging fans to beware of fake pages in her name.
