All Eyes on Burna Boy for Grammy Win on Sunday
As this year’s 62nd Grammy Awards is set to take place on Sunday, January 26, everyone is eagerly waiting to see what the outcome would be.
The question on the lips of Afrobeats fans across the world is: will Burna Boy win the prestigious Grammy award tomorrow (Sunday)?
The Nigerian singer’s last album, African Giant was nominated in the World Music Album category of the 62nd Grammy Awards.
Born Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, Burna Boy has had a remarkable career, especially in the past one year. In 2019, the singer was the recipient of several coveted awards including Best International Act at the BET Awards.
In anticipation of the awards ceremony, loyal fans and fellow artistes have taken to the streets of Twitter to congratulate him in advance.
One of such is Nigerian singer, Davido who prayed that the award is already Burna Boy’s in Jesus Name.
