‘Allow Me Travel to Bury My Daughter’, Ada Ameh Begs Buhari

Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh, has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari to resolve the ongoing crisis in the country so she could travel to Abuja to bury her daughter.

In an emotional video shared on her Instagram page, the actress revealed that she lost her daughter, Godgifts, on October 20 after surgery in Abuja.

Ameh who is notably known for playing “Emu” in the TV series The Johnsons, explained that she has been unable to bury her child due to the growing violence and curfew imposed in some states.

She also threatened to go naked to the airport if the President does not address the chaos in the country.

“Please I just lost my daughter two days ago, Mr President I beg you in the name of God Almighty my daughter died in Abuja after surgery.

“Please help me, let me go and bury my daughter in peace, na beg I dey beg make una stop this thing let me go and bury my daughter in peace,” she said.

“They should stop the unrest so that l can go and bury her in peace. If not, I’ll go naked to the airport.

“People are protesting, they’re killing them and sending soldiers. We have Boko Haram to deal with but they won’t deploy soldiers to deal with them.

“You people should take soldiers away from the streets and stop killing unarmed civilians… wicked souls, God will judge all of you.”
