Nollywood actress, Chioma Chukwuka has emerged as the Best Lead Actress at the 2025 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA).
Other contestants in the lead actress category include: GbugbemI Ejeye (Farmer’s Bride), Uzoamaka Onuoha ( Agemo) Uche Montana (Thinline), Uzoamaka Aniunoh( Phoenix Fury), Hilda Dokudo (The Uprising: Wives On Strike 3).
While Femi Adeboye emerged Best Male lead actor for his role in the movie ‘Seven Doors’.

Adeboye edged Gideon Okeke (Tokunbo), Bucci Franklin (The Weekend), Femi Branch ( House of Ga’a), Thapelo Makoena, (Skeleton Coast) Bimbo Manuel ( Princess On A Hill), Stan Nze ( Suspicion) to win the award.
