Angel threatens to Leave BBN house after fight with Ilebaye
Angel has threatened to exit the BBNaija All Stars house voluntarily after a heated fight with Illebaye.
A tense altercation occurred between Angel and Ilebaye late on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, following their Guinness fashion show task at the BBNaija All Stars house.
The clash between the GenZ baddies was the result of an ongoing argument that had been brewing throughout the day.
According to Kiddwaya, who shared details with Tolanibaj in the Head of House lounge, the dispute started earlier when Angel requested Ilebaye to join them in preparing for a task. However, Ilebaye was eating at the time and declined, which upset Angel. Insults were exchanged, leading to the escalation of tensions and an apparent beef between the two.
The situation reached a boiling point in the locker room, where Angel and Ilebaye engaged in a heated argument that nearly turned physical.
Cause of confilct
Angel explained the cause of the conflict to Mercy, who intervened during the fight. According to Angel, she asked Ilebaye to move her leg as she was peeling her body paint over Angel’s open box of clothes. Angel felt disrespected when Ilebaye insisted on keeping her leg there, leading to their heated exchange.
On the other hand, Ilebaye expressed to Doyin in the locker room that she believed Angel deliberately came at her. She mentioned feeling targeted by Angel’s negative looks and actions throughout the day, even during a dance session upstairs.
The situation escalated to the point where Angel decided to pack her belongings and request a voluntary exit from the house. However, Mercy, Uriel, and Venita stepped in, preventing her from leaving. They reminded her of the stakes in the game and encouraged her not to let the issue be the reason for her voluntary exit.
Meanwhile, the male housemates, Pere, Adekunle, and Ike, discussed the need for housemates to stop separating fights. They believed that intervening might either defuse or further escalate the conflicts.
The tensions in the house are rising, and it seems like minor issues are leading to brewing animosities among the housemates.
