Nigerian singer, Asake, has bought himself a mansion in Lagos.
The singer announced the acquisition of the edifice on Thursday through his social media page.
Sharing an image of the newly acquired mansion, he wrote “Went from hustling for free bed space to investing in real estate.”
In a follow up tweet, the singer also spoke about how a call from YBNL founder, Olamide, changed his career.
He wrote “One call from @Olamide and everything changed.”
Asake broke into the music industry with his 2020 single “Lady.”
He became famous after being signed to YBNL label by label boss Olamide. His single ‘Mr Money’ also solidified his place in the industry.
His debut EP “Ololade Asake, which featured four hit singles “, Omo Ope,” “Sungba,” “Trabaye,” and “Baba God”, recorded international success.
At the launch of this year’s Big Brother Naija, Asake performed his hit song ‘Sungbalaja’ ft Grammy winner, Burna Boy.
The singer is a product of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.
