Audiomack Opens Lagos Office

Popular music streaming and audio distribution platform, Audiomack has opened a new office in Lagos.

Billboard reports that the new office is part of its footprint extension in Africa.

Along with the new office in Lagos, Audiomack has made three new hires, who will be based in Nigeria but work on initiatives across the continent. And they are –Adeyemi Adetunji, Charlotte Bwana, and Olive Uche.

While Adetunji was hired to head the company’s operations and commercial partnerships, Bwana and Uche, were employed to work on business development, media partnerships, and strategic content management.

Audiomack is already available in all 54 countries in Africa, and according to Billbord, is the No. 1 free music app, the No. 6 free app overall, after Facebook’s suite of apps and Snapchat, on Apple’s app Store in Nigeria.
