Nigerian actress Laide Bakare has disclosed that she introduced her daughter, Similoluwa Bakare, to various forms of hedonism at the age of 17.

She disclosed this in a recent interview with content creator Mr Lilgaga.

Following her revelation, netizens have taken to the microblogging site X to share their reactions. She has been accused of bad parenting for disclosing that she introduced her daughter to clubbing and drinking alcohol as a teenager.

Laide Bakare is a Nigerian actress. Her film Jejere won the 2012 Best of Nollywood Awards in the Best Constume Design category. She was nominated for Most Outstanding Actress Indigenous Category at the 4th Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2008 for her role in the film Iranse Aje.
