Banky W Shares Amazing Flashback Video of His Teen Choir Days
The phrase “I started from the choir” is not definitely no news when it comes to artiste interviews.
From Chidinma to Simi, Waje, Omawunmi, J Martins, Wande Coal and now Banky W, these Nigerian music stars have revealed that at a point in their lives, they started their music career from the church choir.
Banky W took to Instagram to support this claim by posting a throwback video of his 14/15 year old self doing amazingly well as a lead singer.
In the post, Banky expressed gratitude to God for the man he has now become.
He wrote: “Thank you God for loving this skinny little choir boy with a pitchy voice, answering his prayers and turning him into the man I am today. “Do not despise the days of humble beginnings…” Zechariah 4:10”
In the video, Banky W can be seen leading the mass choir in a song and ministering to a large congregation.
