Big Brother Naija finalist, Sultana, appears to have sprained her ankle after she was involved in a physical altercation with fellow contestant, Faith, on Thursday morning.
The duo were in the same group for a skincare task but disagreed during their rehearsal, with Sultana accusing Faith of being controlling.

She told Faith, a medical doctor, to stop trying to “control everything,” reminding him that the task at hand wasn’t his field.
However, Faith insisted on leading the group, which led to him dragging the basket containing the group’s materials with Sultana, who fell and twisted her ankle in the process.

Kaybobo intervened and collected the basket from Faith, but after Sultana retrieved it, Faith resumed it with her again despite pleas from Dede and Kaybobo.
Sultana complained to the other housemates that Faith also injured her hand while dragging the basket with her.
“He has already injured my hand, and he has twisted my leg,” she said.
“F**k off here, drop the basket,” Faith yelled.
Sultana added that she can’t work with Faith in the same group.
Following the altercation, some viewers have been calling on Big Brother to disqualify Faith for inflicting injury on a fellow housemate.
It remains to be seen whether he would be issued strikes or disqualified.
