BBNaija 5: Ka3na and Lilo Become First Housemates to be Evicted

Kate ‘Ka3na’ Jones‘ dream of winning the coveted Big Brother Naija season five was truncated on Sunday evening as she was evicted alongside Boluwatife ‘Lilo’ Aderogba. They are the first set of housemates to be evicted from the reality show which started two weeks ago.

The pair were listed alongside Praise Nelson, and Eric Akhigbe by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the show’s host as the four housemates with the lowest number of votes this week.

After the housemates with the least votes were called, each of the remaining housemates proceeded to the diary room to nominate two of the bottom four for eviction. At the end, the two housemates with the highest nominations said their goodbyes to the lockdown house.

With 18 housemates left in the house, the following weeks will determine if Big Brother will continue with the new twist of housemates being the ones to choose who leaves or return to the old nomination process where the eviction power lies in the hands of the voters.
