BBNaija: Praise Becomes First Arena Games Winner

Big Brother Naija Lockdown season finally has an Arena games winner. Praise beat other housemates in last night’s Arena games which involved carrying empty cans across some hurdles.

The task was simple: move a single coloured can from point A to point B using a ruler, in under 3 minutes. And in true Biggie style, the award at the end was enticing as ever.

The grand prize winner would get to be pampered by the housemates. They would also be exempt from chores, get a spa treatment including a full body massage, and have their meals served to them on time. 

The rules of the game were that once the Housemate left the starting point, they couldn’t touch or hold the can. If it fell or was no longer on the tip of the ruler- they would start again.

Praise was the man of the moment and winner of tonight’s Arena games with a time of 2 minutes and 18 seconds. He celebrated with a running high five with all the housemates; who seemed happy that at least one person made it.

Praise’s victory also comes in the wake of his 20 BB Naira reward for organizing the choreography for the housemates’ Thursday wager task. The housemate has so far been one of the most vocal and most adored by other housemates.

His win comes in the second week of the season; only a few days to the first eviction billed for this Sunday. Like most housemates except this week’s HOH and deputy, Praise is up for possible eviction. Hopefully, he’ll be able to stay in the house and enjoy his win properly.
