A Nigerian lady identified as Oluoma’s Tales has taken to Facebook to recount how breastfeeding changed her physical appearance.
According to the young Nigerian lady, breastfeeding immensely changed her physique.
She insisted that she is happy in her marriage, eats well, and is not sick.

She wrote: “’Breastfeeding! I need my body back. I no longer recognize the woman staring back at me in the mirror. It makes other women gain more weight than they want while mine drains me.”
“I was known to be admired, but I look at myself and my heart breaks,” she continued with a broken heart mood.
“Lately I realized what people who are physically not good-looking go through; the emotional state is something else.”
The breastfeeding mum then urged people to check up on their breastfeeding friends, love and be gentle with them as they navigate the phase.
‘Because breastfeeding isn’t just feeding a baby. It’s giving pieces of yourself every single day,” she concluded.
