Nollywood actress Caroline Hutchings has spoken about single mother stigma in Nigeria.
The Nigerian actress explained that several people admonished her to hide her kids so that her prospective suitors would not abscond.

Hutchins, who was previously married to her influential husband, Musa Danjuma, was addressing single mothers and divorcees in a post on her official Instagram page on International Women’s Day.
The movie actress noted how the world often makes divorced women feel like they’re the problem and like they should carry the weight of it all.

And on International Women’s Day, this is my celebration. God trusted me to shepherd three beautiful souls through life.
I am blessed beyond words.
Motherhood is not my limitation; it is my greatest legacy.
