Abolore Adegbola Akande, the musician popularly known as 9ice just had a secret wedding with his longtime girlfriend and baby mama, Sunkanmi Ajala.

The couple wedded in a secret ceremony on Thursday 26th December 2019. The bride, Olasunkanmi Ajala shared a photo from their pre-wedding photoshoot on her Instagram page two days before the wedding.

“You’re my fairytale in the making….. #countdowntoforever #beautyand9ice,” she captioned the photo.

Sunkanmi Ajala and 9ice have been in an off and on relationship before the wedding. The two welcomed their first daughter, Michelle Abolanle Akande, five years ago. Sunkanmi Ajala is an event planner based in Lagos.

9ice has been married two times before. The singer married Toni Payne in 2008 and had a child, but the marriage collapsed shortly after. He then got into a longterm relationship with Vicky Godis, with whom he has a set of twins.

Then just last year, 9ice had a drawn-out wedding ceremony with Adetola Anifalaje, a US-based software engineer. The two share a daughter. This marriage also failed for unknown reasons.

But 9ice is not giving up on love. We guess third time’s the charm, right?
