Thai health authorities have revealed that Nigerian-British influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo had five penis enlargement injections at a Bangkok clinic before he died in March.
The Department of Health Service Support (DHSS), part of Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health, shared this information after inspecting the clinic where Mr Ubiribo had his last procedure.
Ubiribo, who was 43 and lived in London, died on March 6, less than a day after getting a hyaluronic acid filler injection in his penis.
The DHSS said the clinic told investigators that Ubiribo had been a patient there since 2024 and had five penile enlargement injections.
The first four procedures happened between 2024 and 2025, and the fifth was on March 5, the day before he died.
The clinic said the last procedure used 40cc of filler, and the doctor advised Ubiribo to split the injection into two sessions.
“The doctor recommended dividing the injection into two sessions, but the patient preferred a single injection,” the DHSS said.
The clinic also told investigators that Ubiribo signed consent forms before each procedure, got aftercare instructions, and did not report any problems after his earlier treatments.

These details came out after Thailand’s Minister of Public Health, Pattana Phromphat, ordered an investigation following Ubiribo’s death.
The DHSS and Food and Drug Administration inspected the unnamed clinic on September 7 to check its operations and see if it met medical standards.
DHSS Director-General Phuwadej Surakhot said the investigation would continue before the case is sent to Thailand’s Medical Council for review of professional practices.
“This initial information led to an investigation of the clinic located on Rama 1 Road, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, on September 7, 2026,” the statement said.
According to the clinic, the first four procedures were carried out between 2024 and 2025, while the fifth took place on March 5, 2026, the day before his de@th.
“The clinic’s management provided information stating that the patient had been a regular patient since 2024. The patient had received five injections to enlarge the male genitalia,” the statement noted.
The final procedure involved the injection of 40cc of filler into his penis.
“The doctor recommended dividing the injection into two sessions, but the patient preferred a single injection.
“The clinic provided post-operative care instructions and followed up with the patient, who did not report any problems with the procedure. Furthermore, the patient signed consent forms before each procedure,” the statement added.
Ubiribo was in Thailand with his wife when he underwent the procedure. He was reportedly taken for a massage after the injection before developing chest pain and losing consciousness.
The Thai investigation is continuing as authorities assess the clinic’s compliance with medical and professional standards.
