Traction devices use gentle, consistent stretching and may provide modest increases in length when used correctly over time.
Vacuum pumps increase blood flow to the penis, which can make it appear larger temporarily, but they do not usually provide permanent enlargement.
Doctors mainly use injectable fillers to increase penile girth.
The results may change as the body gradually breaks down the filler.

Doctor Warns About Penile Fillers
Dr. Mobola Savage, an aesthetic medicine physician who practises at GlamPhysician Clinic at St. Nicholas Hospital Clinics, Victoria Island, Lagos, while reacting to Ubiribo’s case, has warned men against assuming that penile fillers are completely risk-free.
Her warning highlights an important point: non-surgical does not mean risk-free. Although fillers do not require traditional surgery, injections can still result in complications and should only be considered after proper medical assessment.
Possible Risks
Penis enlargement procedures can have complications, depending on the method used. These may include pain, swelling, infection, scarring, lumps, uneven results and changes in sensation. Poorly performed injections can potentially cause more serious tissue damage.
