Davido Flaunts Gold Certificate for Hit Song ‘If’
Nigerian singer Davido has taken to Instagram to show off the gold certificate for his song If. The singer shared the gold plate, along with that of his first gold record Fall, on his Instagram on Tuesday.
The hit song was in February certified gold in the United States. Davido wrote on Instagram at the time, “My 2nd Gold record!!! Oh God, I am grateful!! The Only two Afro beats solo singles to go Gold in the USA in Afro-beats history!! God is good!!! MORE TO COME.”

A song is certified gold in the US after selling 500, 000 copies by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
