Nigerian recording artiste, Liya, has failed to mention her former label boss, Davido, among her favourite musicians.
In a recent chat, the singer named Olamide Badoo as her number one, praising his leadership and describing him as someone she has experienced beyond the spotlight. She also gave flowers to Tiwa Savage, calling her “the strongest, toughest giant” and someone she aspires to be like.

Rounding off her list, she picked Burna Boy, hailing his energy and stage presence, describing him as “a beast” when it comes to performing.
Her omission of Davido has since sparked conversations, especially given their past working relationship under DMW.
This recent revelation is coming almost two years after parting ways with Davido’s DMW label.
Liya is a Nigerian singer, and songwriter. She came into the music scene with the release of her first single under Davido Music Worldwide, titled “Melo”.
