OAP Do2dtun Speaks up on Professional Struggles

Cool FM OAP Do2dtun recently shared a post on his Instagram accompanied by an inspirational quote where he identified the struggles he had been forced to overcome at his place of employment.

Things are not all rosy for persons in the admired class as we have it. They privately go through their struggles and work hard to pull through so that they maintain their societal status as admired celebrities.

Do2dtun spoke briefly that he had been suspended twice and fired once because he refused to cower or join groups of people who were involved in plotting nefarious acts. He said office politics had caused him to experience bumps in the course of his career but when further to add that it take courage to be able to stand up for what is right and to challenge popular opinions.

He wrote: “Suspended twice… sacked once…. just cos I spoke up & refused to join them. Sometimes it takes courage to change an existing narrative or break a norm or common practice that everyone believes work when it doesn’t .. it is even harder to be the one man who sticks his neck out.. hmmmm! Quite dangerous but it doesn’t matter how or when change comes but always be the voice when it matters even if you have to lose something to get it. The same people will celebrate you one day.
