#EndSARS: Dice Ailes Talks Police Brutality in New Single
Popular singer, Shasha Damilola Alesh otherwise known as Dice Ailes, has released a new single titled No One.
In the new song, Dice Ailes talked about the ongoing #EndSARS nationwide protest in Nigeria, and lack of good governance in the country.
“This stands as a reminder that this movement concerns each and every one of us. As we actively continue to amplify this injustice in our country and other parts of the world, let us remember that no one stands alone. No matter our differences, we are stronger together!” the music star said as he dedicated the new song to the #EndSARS protest.
No One‘s release came on the heels of the protest he led in Toronto Canada.
Eelive.ng had reported that while leading the demonstration against the lingering police brutality in Nigeria, Dice Ailes expressed satisfaction that Nigerian youths are not timid in the face of oppression.
During the protest, he said Nigerians have suffered human rights abuse from the police force in the past, adding that the protest will remain a continuum until the incumbent administration fully address the issue of poverty, insecurity, police brutality, amongst other issues Nigerians have since been dealing with.
