Falz Is An Old-Skool Lover In New Single, “Loving”
Falz The Bahd Guy is back with new music and this time he isn’t shading the government or religious leaders. He comes through with a love song, titled “Loving”, which he delivers in his usual comic but witty style.
Produced by his regular collaborator, Willis, the love song is an afro-pop jam with a highlife vibe and a melodious chorus. Falz introduces a girl who has captured his heart, so much that he is already making plans to ask her father for her hand in marriage. Promising to remain by her side, Falz professes his love – “if you need some loving, I’ll be at your door”.
The accompanying video is directed by Twitch and opens with a funny skit that shows Falz in his frantic search for band members. Though no one seems interested at first, Falz is eventually successful in securing a band of talented instrumentalists, who aid him in serenading his delighted lover throughout the video.
