2. Ikechukwu Nweke:

Nollywood actor Ikechukwu Nweke has also sought financial support after revealing his battle with colon cancer.

The actor disclosed that he had already spent more than ₦15 million on chemotherapy, radiotherapy, medical tests and medication. However, with further treatment still required, he appealed to the public for assistance.

3. Cynthia Anijekwu:

Reports in early 2026 highlighted her health struggles, including a reported brain tumour, alongside difficulties with accommodation. It was also reported that she had used available funds to support her mother’s medical treatment, leaving her in need of further assistance.

5. The family of late Mr Ibu:

The family of the late comic actor Mr Ibu has also appealed for help, reportedly citing difficulties with rent, school fees and other basic living expenses. The family further disclosed that their electricity supply had been disconnected over unpaid bills.
