Fans Create Radio Show for Nicki Minaj’s Music

There are fans, there are stans, and then there’s the Barbs. Nicki Minaj’s fandom has to be one of the strongest in the world as they have created a radio station for only her music!

Nicki Minaj is known as a very controversial figure in the music industry. From beef to speaking up against oppression to confrontations with exes, Nicki Minaj’s music has suffered greatly from her troubles with other people, leading to radio stations and charts blackballing her.

After her 2018 album Queen failed to hit #1 on the Billboard charts on its debut, Nicki Minaj lashed out; revealing that she was sure there was a conspiracy to kick her out of the music industry for good.

Now her fans have rallied behind her to make sure that this blackballing conspiracy does not become a reality. Nicki Minaj’s fans have started a radio station for her music on Stationhead.

Designed by a musician and a computer programmer, Stationhead launched in 2016; allowing users to access their Apple or Spotify musical accounts and create personal online radio stations.

Stationhead essentially turns a playlist into a radio station; with spoken word content and even phone elements added in. Previously limited to live radio, the shows are now available on demand; and for every song the radio station plays, Nicki gets her royalties.
