FIFA has officially released the soundtrack album for the 2026 World Cup, bringing together a diverse group of global artists from various musical backgrounds.
The project is designed to unite cultures through a shared love of rhythm and sound.
Fans worldwide will get to experience these 18 tracks live during the official opening ceremonies hosted across the three host nations in Mexico City, Toronto, and Los Angeles.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino praised the project, stating that music and football serve as universal languages to connect international fans.
Infantino said : “FIFA has assembled a powerful musical lineup that matches the scale of the biggest single-sport event in history”.
Infantino continued: “From global superstars to breakthrough voices shaping the future of music, the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album features artists from across continents, languages, and genres to unite fans worldwide.”
Album Highlights & Standout Tracks
1. “Dai Dai” – Shakira ft. Burna Boy (The Main Anthem)
Colombian pop icon Shakira and Nigerian Afrobeats star Burna Boy have teamed up for the tournament’s primary anthem, “Dai Dai”. Blending Latin pop with Afrobeats, the song focuses on global unity, harmony, and ambition.
Tributes: The lyrics pay homage to football legends such as Pelé, Diego Maradona, Paolo Maldini, Romário, Cristiano Ronaldo, Andrés Iniesta, David Beckham, Kaká, Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, and Mohamed Salah.
Featured Nations: The track celebrates football-loving countries including Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, England, France, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, and the United States.
Shakira’s Legacy: This marks Shakira’s second official World Cup anthem following her iconic 2010 hit “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa).” She also previously contributed “La La La” for the 2014 tournament in Brazil.
2. “Champion” – IShowSpeed
Popular internet personality IShowSpeed released his football anthem “Champion”, which became an instant viral sensation, racking up 16 million views on YouTube and over 80 million views on X (formerly Twitter) within days.
Filmed in Miami, the video features a stadium setting filled with various national flags, vibrant colored powder, and strong Ghanaian cultural influences. Speed proudly wears Cristiano Ronaldo’s official Portugal jersey throughout.

FIFA’s Stamp of Approval: Following the massive online wave, FIFA reached out to Speed directly on Instagram to confirm the song had been officially added to the World Cup album playlist.
3. “No Place Like Home” – Major Lazer, Nelly Furtado, & Davido
Nigerian Afrobeats heavyweight Davido has collaborated with electronic dance group Major Lazer and Canadian singer Nelly Furtado. “No Place Like Home” is a high-energy fusion of Afrobeats, pop, and dance music built for stadium celebrations, watch parties, and fan jubilation.
4. “Goals” – LISA, Anitta, & Rema
