Flamingoes, German team rock Kizz Daniel’s ‘Cough’ after third-place match

Members of the Nigeria’s under-17 female team and their German counterparts on Sunday danced to Kizz Daniel hit, Cough’.

This comes immediately after the their third-place encounter which saw Nigeria defeated German 3-2 on penalties.

The Nigerian team had for dominated a long duration the encounter with a 3 nil deficit courtesy of goals from the trio of Opeyemi Ajakaye, Amina Bello and Etim Eddidiong.

The Germans fought their way back into the encounter with goals from Jella Velt, and Paulina Bartz and a last-minute acrobatic kick from Loreen Bender; canceled Nigeria’s three goals deficit.

This resulted into penalties where Nigeria emerged victorious.

In a video making the rounds on the social media, players of the two countries were seen dancing to Kizz Daniel’s single ‘Cough’.

The Germans ladies enjoyed the song along with their Nigerian counterparts with lovely dance steps.

In October, the 28 year old released the song on Friday, collaborating with music label EMPIRE. Produced by Blaise Beatz, Cough is Kizz Daniel’s second official release of the year.

It has even inspired a new dance challenge online with top dancer Poco Lee and comedians Brodda Shaggi, Sabinus keeping the trend alive.
