
Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke with his stage name Davido, has given fans a glimpse into his luxurious mansion project in Eko Atlantic, revealing that the value of the property has doubled since he acquired the land.
The singer recently visited the construction site of the massive project and shared details about the ongoing development. According to Davido, he purchased the land in January 2024 for ₦4 billion, but its value has now appreciated to ₦8 billion.

The 2,700-square-meter plot is set to house a grand four-floor mansion featuring a Caribbean-Mexican architectural theme. According to Davido, one floor will be dedicated to him, another to his wife Chioma, with additional floors for their children and a personal studio.

The singer also revealed that the mansion will feature several luxury amenities, including an underground garage with space for 20 cars, a swimming pool, and living quarters for staff.
Construction, which reportedly began earlier in 2026, is progressing steadily. The singer described the project as a well-deserved reward for years of hard work in the music industry.
