Game of Thrones, Avengers: Endgame, Nominated For 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards

Top-rated HBO TV series “Game of Thrones,” “Avengers: Endgame” and “Ruth Bader Ginsburg” have each been nominated for 4 categories at the 2019 MTV Movie and TV Awards.

The eighth and final season of “Game of Thrones” is up for Best Show for the third time since the show’s creation, as well as Best Hero for Maisie Williams playing the role of Arya Stark.

Arya Stark also received nominations for Best Fight vs. the White Walkers and Daenerys Targaryen played by Emilia Clarke for Best Performance in a Show.

“Avengers: Endgame” received similar nominations for Best Movie and Best Fight with Robert Downey Jr. getting the nod for Best Hero and Thanos, played by Josh Brolin, getting the nomination for Best Villain.

Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg was nominated in the Best Fight category and is the first public figure to do so. The show also received nomination for best documentary and a new awards category called Real-Life Hero.
On the list too was “BlacKkKlansman,” “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,” “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before”, “Us” and “Avengers: Endgame” who made it to the Best Film category.

The awards hold in California on June 17 with host actor, Zachary Levi.
