Social media commentator Solomon Buchi has stated that the plan of the creator, God, was for everyone to get married as a virgin.
He made the statement on his Facebook page on Wednesday, July 1.
“God’s original plan was that we all would marry as virgins,” he wrote in a post.

This is coming after the Nigerian social media commentator shared a controversial opinion about responsibilities between partners in the household.
According to him, men are naturally expected to serve as providers and protectors within a marriage.
He said, “A woman should never have to pay rent. If you’re a man and you claim to be a husband, you should be able to provide at least shelter. You’re meant to be a provider and a protector.”
He went on to say that if a husband takes on the full responsibility of providing financially, then the wife should also be willing to handle traditional household responsibilities, such as caring for the home and managing domestic affairs.
He added, “If you believe the man should exclusively provide, then you should exclusively be domesticated. If she wants an exclusive provider, you must demand an exclusive traditional woman. You can’t eat your cake and have it.”
Buchi added that many marital disagreements can be avoided if couples openly discuss and agree on their expectations and roles before getting married, rather than expecting the benefits of traditional marriage without accepting the responsibilities that come with them.
