Headies 2019: Don Jazzy Reacts As Mavin Artistes Win Big
Award winning music producer, Don Jazzy, has congratulated Mavin record label acts, Rema and Johnny Drille following their exploits at the 2019 Headies awards held in Lagos.
At the event which held on Saturday October 19, Johnny Drille’s “Finding Efe” won the Best Alternative Song category while Rema won the highly coveted “Next Rated” category.
Speaking on the achievements of his record label acts through his Twitter handle on Sunday, Don Jazzy thanked fans for their votes, revealing that the journey so far has been a tough one.
He wrote: “Running a record label is hard. Harder to run one for as long as I have. This is why I can never take for granted the support y’all have shown us all these years. Thanks to everyone that voted.”
“Congrats Rema & JohnnyDrille #Mavin,” he added.
